Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of:

• Contact Information
• Address Details
• Service Information
• Subscription Details

Zonecall reserves the right to suspend or remove inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful listings.

6. Subscription Policy

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
• Subscription validity depends on the selected plan.
• Plans and pricing may change without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

All payments made to Zonecall are strictly non-refundable.

8. Referral Program

Users are solely responsible for invoice data, receipts, financial records, customer information, and tax compliance.

All payments processed through Zonecall are subject to verification.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Providing false information
• Attempting unauthorized access
• Distributing harmful software
• Interfering with system operations

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, and content associated with Zonecall remain the exclusive property of Zonecall App.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zonecall shall not be liable for business losses, revenue losses, data losses, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

14. Service Availability

Zonecall strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability.

15. Termination
